The RazorJet significantly reduces the amount of fixturing needed for your project by simplifying the work holding process. Due to the low forces applied when the abrasive waterjet is in action, the work holding fixture can be standardized for a whole family of parts.

The RazorJet offers fully compensating off line programming software allowing you to cut parts to net shape the first time and every time. The system is expandable to include a vision system that will determine where critical features of the part are in 3D space and will compensate in order to cut the part based on the location of the critical features. This alleviates inaccuracies stemming from part pick-up and part gripping.
